Skawonius Vase
A beautiful example of Scandinavian Art Pottery by the well known designer Sven Erik Skawonius (1908-1981). A graduate of the Royal Swedish Academy Art School, Skawonius is known for his designs for Upsala Ekeby (1920s-) and Kosta Glass (1933-). 6 1/4" high x 5" diameter. Signed with impressed Ekeby and SES. Mint condition.

A beautiful example of Scandinavian Art Pottery by Michael Andersen & Son from the Bornholmsk Keramik in Denmark. 5" x 5" square dish. Beautiful colors on a crackled glaze typical of the firm's pottery. Impressed three fish mark and initialed MS and G, No. 5817. Mint condition. Paper label on front.
